New York Fashion Week may have been a rough one, but there’s one thing to count on, fantastic food! With so many delicious destinations to chose from, New York City will always be a foodie’s paradise.

Today on the blog, I am sharing a couple of restaurants I had the pleasure of dining at and recommend checking out if you’re ever in New York.

Brasserie 8 1/2

Feeling French? Check out Brasserie 812 for a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience just steps away from New York’s famous 5th Avenue. Be wowed by the grand spiral staircase entrance, elegance ambiance, attentive service, and of course the yummy food!

As an art major, I also greatly appreciate the original artworks Brasserie 812 incorporates into their wall decor.

Blue Hill Restaurant

Blue Hill restaurant is where high-quality farm to table ingredients meet speakeasy vibes. Characterized by unique dining experience, great food, and excellent service.

Michelle and I ordered the "Farmer's Feast,” which is a six-course tasting inspired by the week's harvest. It was such a great experience being able to taste a bit of everything. The most memorable course was the potato pizza, it was so scrumptious, crispy and fluffy. I highly recommend Blue Hill if you’re in town!

Of course, Totto Ramen is in the picture! Or better yet, on the blog. Still my favorite ramen spot in New York. I always get the spicy ramen at their original location ( not a fan of their new location, the ramen taste different to me).
