For some reason I’ve always had a weird fascination with collared tops. Unfortunately, I also have a gigantic head and collared tops only seem to amplify that fact. V-neck tops on the other hand? Far more flattering, far more forgiving. Oh well, love is love! When I saw the lacy Forever 21 collared crop top pictured above, I thought “ I must have her”. And then so the story goes: she became mine.

And on to the next story. Wearing white clothes has never been a skill of mine. No matter how careful I try to be, anything white on me is an instant magnet for dirt and stains. Despite that, I’ve always wanted white wide-leg pants; there’s just something so elegant about them. So when I finally found the perfect pair at Zara, I snatched it up without second thought. It wasn’t long before its original pristine white became covered with specs of dusty gray. Seriously, I’m talking like minutes into me wearing it. The fault can’t be all mine though —hem of these pants literally drag on the floor as I walk! It's like a floor duster and pant all rolled up in one. Functional fashion?
