Why you need a KISSBOBO invisible bra
There are a couple of things a girl needs in her closet - a fitted black blazer, comfy basic tees, a little black dress, and a classic pair of black pumps. But one more essential that is overlooked but should not be forgotten- a Kiss Bobo strapless adhesive bra that is invisible to the naked eye.
Classically feminine with Burberry
If you could invest in one thing from Burberry and one thing only, there are no doubts that it would be their classic heritage trench coat. The one pictured above is the: Kensington Mid-Length Heritage Trench Coat in Stone.
Every high-end brand has a specialty item that they are known for, a particular style, quality, or design aimed to withstand the test of time. Chanel is their iconic ladylike tweed jackets and their classic quilted flap bag. And Burberry, drum roll please-their classic trench coats.
Dressing NYFW- Tips to surviving New York winters
New York Fashion Week 2017 officially marks my third time visiting New York City during the brutal winter season. And after multiple visits and many, “I’m on the brink of frostbite” experiences, I’ve gotten extremely pro at layering for warmth. So on my blog today, I thought I’d share some of my tips and tricks for conquering the frigid temperates of New York winters.
I’m also sharing three outfits I wore to New York Fashion Week that kept me warm and stylish. This year was by far the best and busiest NYFW because I had the pleasure of working as a photographer for shows, doing back to back showroom collaborations, and media tastings.
My winter lookbook pt.1
On the blog today, I am sharing four cozy layering looks that’ll not only keep you stylish but warm.
Layering usually isn’t necessary for sunny California, but since it’s more like chilly California these days, I’m taking all opportunities to layer up. Also because I ate a lot during the winter time, so I like this whole layering thing.
Coats are my key piece to layering. My body type is more on the top heavy side so thick sweaters usually end up making me appear like a giant walking marshmallow. So, luckily long coats help tie the look together by elongating and slimming the figure
3 festive and cozy holiday looks
First and foremost: MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! Wishing everyone a happy and safe holiday season this year!
Today on the blog I am sharing three festive and cozy looks. When I think of dressing for the holidays, I think of vibrant and rich colors, coziness and layers, extravagance and comfort. So naturally, I strove to achieve those qualities with each ensemble. I hope you guys enjoy :)
Thoughts on Goals & Corn
As I was sorting out my hot mess of a desktop, I realized this outfit never made it to my blog. It’s probably one of my favorite outfits of 2016 so how dare I?!? It’s ok self, better late than never. I mean only like ten months late…Which brings me to my next point, which is also an intro to one of my new year's resolutions. And that is, drummer roll please: To not wait one thousand years before blogging an outfit and to blog at least three times a month. Hold on; that's two goals ;)
Summer style is striving for maximum comfort while staying effortlessly chic. And a striped maxi is the most effortlessly chic of them all. As for easy breezy comfort, my San Miguel Nautical stripe dress from Thacker NYC is exactly just that and more. The V-neck and tasseled drawcord waist make the dress SO figure forgiving and flattering (perfect buffet dress too, har, har, har). The slits on each side of the lower hem give this piece a splash of sexy.
